Supply Chain Optimization Manager

Manager Logistics D2C : We’re looking for a dynamic Manager – Logistics to lead our end-to-end B2C logistics operations across multiple warehouses. The role involves driving delivery performance, optimizing courier allocation, improving processes, and reducing logistics costs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, analyze operational data for decision-making, and mentor the logistics coordination team to ensure smooth and efficient shipments. Roles and responsibilities

• Manage daily B2C logistics operations across multiple warehouses.
• Monitor delivery TAT, NDR / RTO %, and drive closure of open shipments.
• Lead courier allocation, dispatch planning, and route optimization.
• Drive process improvements and logistics cost reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, finance, tech, CS, and warehouse teams.
• Reconcile open shipments and publish daily performance reports.
• Lead and mentor the logistics coordination team.
• Analyse logistics data (Excel / dashboards) for operational decisions.
