Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Operator located in Tirupati. The Computer Operator will be responsible for overseeing computer operations, managing back office operations, and ensuring computer systems run smoothly. Daily tasks include data entry, managing software and hardware systems, and performing regular maintenance checks. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with different departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Computer Operations and Computer Literacy
• Experience in Back Office Operations and Typing skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Experience in the banking and financial sector is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in computer operations are advantageous
