Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.
• Integrate Tableau with various data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud platforms, Bigdata Hadoop, Hive, Oracle etc.).
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and processes.
• Provide support and training to end-users on Tableau usage.
• Participate in data governance and quality initiatives.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Tableau Server / Online environments.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions in accordance with data governance policies.
• Monitor server performance, usage, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Automate administrative tasks using scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
• Ensure data security and compliance with organizational standards.
• Perform regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and capacity management.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and best practices.
• Support publishing and scheduling of Tableau workbooks and data sources.""
