Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review Fund Operations for Private Equity structures
• Perform Accounting, Trial Balance, Journal Entries, Intercompany, and SPV-level accounting
• Handle Expense Management, Cash Management, Cash Tracking, and Reconciliations
• Work on Invoicing (Coupa) and operational workflows
• Support SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) related deliverables and documentation
• Work with instruments such as Bonds, Shares, and Equity via Public Portals
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting
• Lead or review team outputs (Team Manager will lead the full team)

You are from Fund Accounting, NAV Accounting, or Financial Reporting

You are a CA / Chartered Accountant

You lack SPV or Private Equity operations experience

You do not have Trial Balance / core accounting exposure
