Key responsibilities : -
- Leave Management
- Organizing team building and motivational activities
- Database tracking and management
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and Admin. functions and duties
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
- Employee Admin and payroll grievance management
- Employee master data management
- Full and final settlements
- Experience, relieving, joining, appraisal and other administrative letters
- Preparation of HR compliance documents
- Preparation of HR templates
- Preparation of HR policies and guidelines & ISO audit
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Skills and requirements : -
Excellent communication and verbal skills.Problem solving capabilitiesTeamwork and collaboration.Learning mindset.Multitasking.Knowledge of Microsoft office, emails, meeting scheduling through calendar.Proactiveness & willing to continuously improve.Location : - Sector 42, Gurgaon
