Role Overview

We seek a motivated Program Scrum Manager to drive agile project delivery across distributed technical teams. You will lead daily standups, coordinate sprints, and remove obstacles for team progress on challenging enterprise AI / ML projects.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) for engineering and data teams.

Track project progress, issues, and deliverables; manage transitions between sprints.

Liaise with product owners and leadership to ensure goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Promote agile best practices, continuous improvement, and cross-team transparency.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or PMP certification strongly preferred.

5+ years of Scrum / agile program management for startup, SaaS, or enterprise software.

Coordination of multi-team agile projects, especially with remote / distributed teams.

Advanced skills in Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools.

Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional communication, and leadership in fast-paced environments.
