Role Overview :

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist to join our onsite team in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will ensure that all marketing and creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. You will review and validate materials across multiple formats including digital banners, emails, videos, and print designs & to confirm adherence to client briefs, brand guidelines, and technical specifications.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a strong understanding of creative production workflows, and effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and global teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform daily quality checks on marketing materials such as digital banners, social media assets, emails, videos, and print designs.

Ensure all assets strictly follow client briefs, creative direction, and brand / style guidelines.

Validate metadata accuracy and ensure compliance with established taxonomy and file-naming conventions.

Review localized and language versions of materials to identify and correct design or linguistic inconsistencies.

Identify, document, and report quality issues , collaborating with senior team members to implement solutions.

Maintain and regularly update quality control checklists, documentation, and status reports.

Use project management tools to monitor workflow, task completion, and project timelines.

Work closely with production, creative, and account management teams to ensure precision and brand consistency.

Qualifications and Skills :

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in quality control, production, or a similar role within creative, digital ,E-Commerce or marketing environments.

Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level or higher).

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot visual, linguistic, or formatting errors.

A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid understanding of digital and print advertising materials and client branding standards.

Proficient in project management tools (e.G., Asana, Jira, or equivalent) and the Microsoft Office suite.

Flexible and organized , with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of another language is an advantage but not required.
