Job description

Kukdo Chemical Co., Ltd. (www.kukdo.com) is a global leader specializing in the production and sales of epoxy resins and hardeners, with annual revenues exceeding USD 1.2 billion and over 800 employees in South Korea. Our headquarters is located in Seoul, South Korea, and our Indian subsidiary is located in Ahmedabad, India.

We are seeking ambitious candidates interested in developing their careers in R&D within the dynamic chemical industry. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional and growth-focused environment.

[Job Position]

  • R&D Chemist

[Responsibilities]

  • Conduct research and development on epoxy resins, hardeners, and related chemical products, focusing on formulation design, performance enhancement, and application development.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze laboratory experiments to evaluate chemical properties under various conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality Control, and Sales) to drive new product development and resolve technical challenges.

    • [Qualifications]

  • Legally authorized to work in India (Required)
  • Must be able to travel within India for business without restrictions (Required)
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) (Preferred)
  • 5+ years of working experiences as R&D Chemist manager in epoxy or chemical industry (Preferred)
  • Master’s degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Preferred)
