Senior Performance Test Engineer || Remote

Job description

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with extensive experience in automation testing, performance engineering, and quality strategy for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead automation frameworks, drive performance testing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high scalability, reliability, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end QA strategy, covering both automation and performance testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated regression and functional test suites across UI, API, and integration layers.
• Architect and optimize test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Develop and execute performance test plans using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and work closely with development and DevOps teams to resolve issues.
• Integrate automated and performance tests into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
• Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices in automation and performance engineering.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure quality standards are met from design through deployment.
• Provide test metrics, dashboards, and reports on quality trends and performance results.
• Stay updated with emerging QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
