Job descriptionExtensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform Expertise in script-based ServiceNow components : business rules, client scripts, UI pages, UI actions, workflows, etc. Strong JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and SQL skills Good understanding of ITIL service operation processes Experience with API integrations Familiarity with Agile methodologies Experience developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer) preferred but not mandatory Willingness to work night shifts
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications
- Integrate the ServiceNow platform with other systems
- Troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow applications
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements
- Work with IT professionals to deploy and maintain ServiceNow applications
