We're Hiring | Senior Manager - Corporate Finance & Treasury

Location : Pune, India

Reports To : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience : 8-10 years

We're looking for a strategic finance leader to manage :

Corporate finance strategy & fund-raising (term loans, ECBs, NCDs)
Treasury ops, cash flow, and liquidity
Banking relationships & capital structuring
Capital allocation & cost optimization
Compliance with RBI, FEMA, SEBI

Requirements :

CA with 8-10 yrs in corporate finance / treasury

Experience in companies with - 500 Cr+ turnover

Strong in capital markets, corporate banking, and negotiation

Proficiency in Excel, PPT, and financial analysis

Be a key part of SML's high-impact finance team and help drive our growth story - in India and beyond
