Engineering Manager with fast growing software company,Pune(Hybrid)

Job requirements : -

• Experience :
• We are looking only for 15 years of total professional experience in the software industry and not beyond that.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a track record of building and shipping complex, scalable software products.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field is required. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Technical Skills :
• Expert proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Go, Java).
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems design, microservices architecture, and software development best practices with experience in one or multiple software architecture styles like SAAS, multi-tenancy, IAAS, PAAS, BAAS, and microservices.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and mature DevOps practices (CI / CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization with Docker / Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical deep-dives, architectural reviews, and complex debugging sessions.
• Leadership & Soft Skills :
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering an environment of trust and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strategic, problem-solving mindset with a passion for building great products and a relentless focus on quality and user experience.
