Job description

Job Purpose

Secretarial assistance for required programmes and ensuring error-free programme delivery. Ensuring seamless collaboration with the Programme Manager and other departments, ensuring operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction .

JobOutline

Providing secretarial support, creating and maintaining data, ensuring seamless functioning of the programmes as well as coordination with other departments. Quality and timeliness being the yardsticks of all activities related to this role.

Job Specification

Qualification - BBA, BTech, MBA, MComm, PG Diploma

Skills : Technical

MS Office, esp MS XLS, Skilful handling of various software required for the functions, Good email etiquette

  • Within department and other departments of ISB such as Operations, IT, LRC etc.

    KPI - Writing mails to ensure travel arrangements of faculty

    Maintaining expenses,

    Maintaining record and account for travel, food and boarding

    Maintaining all data and records related with faculty logistics

    KRA - Programme support and liaising with other departments

    KPI - Ensuring seamless functioning of the programmes related to programme delivery including course, exam management, logistics, orientation and graduation.

    Coordinating with other departments for efficient and productive working.

    KRA - Coordination with students wherever required

    KPI - Coordination with students in areas specified by Manager, monitoring programme mailbox, responses.

    KPI - Supporting all departmental activities and collecting, maintaining related data as per programme requirements

    Maintaining good interpersonal relations and being a good team player. This role may involve periodic travel and requires flexibility to work beyond standard business hours when necessary to meet programme requirements.
