Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own creative output across product launches, campaigns, in- store communication, packaging, digital assets.
- Build and evolve the Chaayos brand language (identity, illustration, typography, spatial expression).
- Collaborate with design & architecture teams on store experiences.
- Drive brand collabs, merch, pop- ups, experimental formats.
- Partner with marketing / product / ops / leadership to execute big ideas.
- Maintain craft, consistency, speed; ship distinctively Chaayos work.
- Creative briefs, decks, mood boards and references
- Creates and can guide teams to create artwork
- Proficiency in AI for everyday usage, know- how to teach teams
- Understanding briefs, providing correct inputs to creative team and maintaining high standards in delivery and time management

Chaayos is a unique brand that appeals to chai lovers in India with its diverse menu of 100+ beverages, traditional snacks, and 'Meri wali Chai' curated to every taste. It has over 200 stores in India. The main goal of the project is to build a reliable, intuitive platform to motivate and guide app users to explore tea customisation while enabling Customer Representative Executives (CREs) to manage orders effectively. Yellow Slice has introduced innovative claymorphism techniques to redesign the app, enhancing its ability to communicate exclusive offers, personalized recommendations, and loyalty rewards.
