Digital Campaign Specialist ll Dehradun

EbizON is seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist  to join our Email Marketing team .

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building and managing email campaigns, creating visually compelling templates, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities : Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with client goals and brand tone.

Develop and enhance responsive email templates that work seamlessly across devices and platforms.

Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging creatives, clear messaging, and effective CTAs.

Work with marketing automation tools such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Pardot to segment audiences and set up workflows.

Optimize campaigns based on open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics.

Conduct A / B testing to refine email performance and improve engagement.

Maintain a strong understanding of email best practices , design trends, and deliverability standards.

Troubleshoot rendering or layout issues across different email clients.

Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analytics.

Mentor and support junior team members in template design and campaign execution.

Skills & Requirements : 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or campaign management.

Strong understanding of email automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar platforms).

Understanding of HTML and CSS for email design (basic coding knowledge preferred).

Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite .

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements.

Creative mind with a strong sense of design, layout, and visual storytelling.

Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
