Job descriptionProvide visionary leadership for academic research initiatives. Ensure adherence to PCI, AICTE, and University norms. Oversee curriculum design, faculty development, and academic planning. Promote innovative teaching, research, and consultancy projects. Maintain high academic standards through student performance monitoring. Manage admissions, examinations, and administrative functions. Foster industry collaborations, professional associations, and research partnerships. Mentor and guide faculty members for growth and development. Represent the department in academic councils and university committees.
Leadership Opportunity in Pharmacy Education
We seek a distinguished academic leader to spearhead the Pharmacy Department. As Dean / Principal, you will set strategic direction, foster quality education, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Requirements :
- Pursuant to PCI / AICTE / UGC guidelines.
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy (mandatory).
Candidates must possess 15 years of experience, with 5 years at Professor or above level in Pharmacy.
