Position Summary

We are seeking an Enablement Consultant to design, deliver, and continuously evolve training and certification programs across ORO’s ecosystem—including partners, customers, and employees . This role plays a critical part in ensuring learners across audiences are product-ready, technically confident, and aligned with ORO’s procurement orchestration approach.

The consultant will work closely with the Academy, Alliances, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to support onboarding, certifications, and ongoing enablement. This role requires strong experience in enterprise software training , configuration concepts , and the ability to work across diverse learner groups in a fast-scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Audience Enablement (Primary)

• Design and deliver enablement programs across partners, customers, and employees, including onboarding, role-based learning paths, certifications, and advanced training.
• Tailor training depth and delivery based on audience needs while maintaining consistent enablement standards and frameworks.
• Deliver and coordinate virtual and live training sessions covering product fundamentals, configuration concepts, implementation approaches, and best practices.
• Support certification programs, assessments, and readiness benchmarks across all learning audiences.
