US Healthcare Recruiter Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for US healthcare professionals. This role will focus on Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, and Technicians.
- The ideal candidate will source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for our US-based clients.
- Responsibilities include managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, building a pipeline of qualified professionals, and communicating with candidates to assess their fit for open positions.
- The successful candidate will collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, stay updated on US healthcare regulations and trends, and effectively manage interviews and track candidates through the hiring process.
- Additionally, the recruiter will create reports for hiring managers, extend job offers, and negotiate terms with candidates while meeting recruitment targets and providing regular updates.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, with at least 1 year of experience in US healthcare recruiting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Boolean search techniques.Experience with sourcing through job boards and ATS platforms is essential.Strong negotiation skills for rate discussion and candidate closure, as well as knowledge of tax terms and stipends.
