VicTree Solutions is hiring for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Borivali, Mumbai, India.

Role : Technical Recruiter

Experience : 3-5 Years

Work Mode : Work from Office

Notice Period : Max 15 days

Work Location : Borivali, Mumbai

Budget : 4-6 LPA

Key Responsibilities :

Handle end-to-end IT / non-IT recruitment for permanent and contract staffing.

Work on various IT / non-IT roles and technologies across junior to senior levels.

Maintain ownership and commitment on deliverables with accountability and transparency.

What We Are Looking For :

3–5 years of strong experience in IT recruitment (contract + permanent).

Proven track record of closing niche IT roles within defined timelines.

Excellent knowledge of sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, headhunting, networking).

Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.

Self-motivated.
