You’ll lead a cross-functional team, unlock new growth channels, and drive measurable sales impact while keeping things running smoothly across all functions.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire

• Lead a high-performing team across paid ads, website CRO, SEO, and retention funnels.
• Own the full growth pipeline — from acquisition to conversion to retention.
• Set quarterly targets and track CAC, ROAS, and AOV to maximize impact.
• Build dashboards that give visibility and drive accountability across the team.
