Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst with US healthcare experience
to join our Customer Service Product Engineering team.
The Business Analyst acts as a crucial link between business needs and technology solutions focused on
improving customer service within the US healthcare landscape.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical abilities,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of business operations and IT systems.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather detailed requirements,
and define project objectives and scope.
Translate business needs into clear and well-structured requirements documentation,
including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional requirements specifications (FRS),
user stories, and use cases. Analyze and document current state processes and identify areas for improvement.
to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred (but not mandatory) :
Experience in customer service or benefits administration of US Healthcare Customer Service,AGM Pega Framework Experience.
Experience working with Pega applications.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
