Job descriptionSupervise and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timeline Monitor and control manpower deployment and productivity Enforce strict adherence to safety norms and company protocols Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations Maintain records of production data, shift reports, and incident logs Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to efficiency enhancement Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
Candidate Profile :
- Should have strong leadership and team-handling capabilities
- Must have hands-on experience in managing production in a chemical plant
- Good understanding of chemical process operations and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and handle workforce efficiently
- Strong communication and reporting skills
