Description
We are seeking a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in providing technical support to end-users in a Windows environment. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, installing software / hardware, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users in a Windows environment
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Maintain and upgrade computer systems and peripherals
- Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field0-1 years of experience in providing technical support to end-users in a Windows environmentStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with desktop and laptop hardware and peripheralsExperience with remote support tools and techniquesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIndustry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is a plusSkills Required
