Job Summary
The Graduate QAQC Engineer is responsible for review / prepare the quality assurance documents like procedures, work instructions and compliance systems across projects and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of ITPs and MPPs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance and control procedures.
- Review and prepare IMS (Integrated Management System) procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in Non-Conformance Report (NCR) handling and documentation.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes.
- Assist in internal and external audits and help prepare audit documentation.
- Prepare and compile Manufacturing Data Records (MDRs) in alignment with job requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and organized QA documentation and records.
- Participate in training programs related to quality standards and procedures.
Qualifications
Experience :
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in a QA / QC role, preferably in manufacturing or project-based environments.Familiarity with QA documentation standards and ISO / QMS systems.Basic understanding of material specifications and test certificates.Good communication and documentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Skills
Exposure to fabrication, welding, NDT or construction QA processes.Knowledge of international standards (ISO 9001, ASME, API, etc.).Experience with internal audits or vendor inspections.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Work Environment
