Job descriptionStrong hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js (or similar frameworks). Expertise in PostgreSQL — including schema design, stored procedures, and optimization. Experience with Supabase (authentication, APIs, and storage). Familiarity with Redis for caching, session management, and pub / sub. Experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.). Good understanding of solution architecture , API design , and microservice patterns . Proficient with Git and CI / CD workflows. Knowledge of security best practices , data validation , and error handling . Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with a deep understanding of type safety, interfaces, and modern JavaScript patterns. Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets . Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS, Kubernetes). Exposure to message queues (e.g., SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka). Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit / integration tests. Basic understanding of frontend integration with React / Next.js.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js .
- Architect and implement efficient data models using PostgreSQL and Supabase .
- Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance system capabilities.
- Optimize database performance and query efficiency.
- Implement caching strategies using Redis for speed and scalability.
- Manage deployment, monitoring, and scaling using AWS infrastructure and services.
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration across all layers.
- Contribute to solution design, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
- Ensure best practices in security, error handling, logging, and performance monitoring.
