Job Title : QA Automation Engineer – D365 FinOps

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Selenium , RSAT , and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FinOps) . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of functional business processes such as PTP (Procure-to-Pay) , OTC (Order-to-Cash) , RTR (Record-to-Report) , and CJL (Customs Journal Ledger) , and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ERP implementations through automation and functional testing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform functional and automation testing for D365 FinOps (ERP) implementations.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and RSAT .

Conduct end-to-end testing of business workflows across PTP , OTC , RTR , and CJL processes.

Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to validate system functionality and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Identify, document, and track defects and ensure timely resolution.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation coverage, and regression testing efficiency.

Provide insights and feedback to enhance ERP stability and business process accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

BE / BTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation .

Strong experience in Selenium – must have worked extensively on automation frameworks.

Proven expertise in testing D365 FinOps (ERP) implementations .

Experience in automation of D365FO using RSAT and Selenium .

Functional process knowledge in PTP , OTC , RTR , and CJL workflows.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
