Lead Frontend Developer - Javascript Framework

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Frontend Architecture & Development : Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance, and responsive user interfaces for our web applications.
• Modern Framework Expertise : Drive the implementation of frontend solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring best practices in component design, state management, and performance optimization.
• UI / UX Collaboration : Work in close partnership with UI / UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect and highly interactive user interfaces, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Code Quality & Best Practices : Champion clean code principles, conduct thorough code reviews, and establish frontend development best practices, including testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E).
• Performance & Scalability : Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed and scalability, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Mentorship & Leadership : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level frontend developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to high coding standards.
• Cross-browser & Cross-device Compatibility : Ensure broad compatibility and consistent user experience across various browsers and devices.
