Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Wrestling Coach based in Mhaswad. The coach will train and mentor aspiring athletes, create structured practice schedules, conduct skill development sessions, and guide participants in physical conditioning. Additional responsibilities include fostering a supportive team environment, preparing athletes for competitions, and providing individualized feedback to help enhance their performance. The role also requires collaboration with program coordinators to align with the foundation's mission of empowering young individuals through sports. The coach will be responsible for training at Mann Deshi's facility, as well as traveling to schools, as well as traveling for the competitions, and also traveling for Mann Deshi's Maidan cup and Travel Coach Program.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Wrestling and expertise in Wrestling Coaching
• Compulsory Diploma Course NIS 1 Year
• Proven skills in Coaching and developing young athletes
• Effective communication skills to build rapport with athletes and team members
• Experience in Training and managing physical conditioning programs
• Commitment to empowering young athletes and fostering a positive environment
• Previous experience working with youth or within a community development context is a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in sports coaching are preferred
