Build in-depth market, brand and consumer understanding for the assigned product categoriesDevelop new customer and distributors and work closely with existing local customers anddistributors in the area allotted
- Manage & support local projects and customer’s requirements, through identifying their needs.
- Research new sources of trend information and analyze new product launch information to
understand consumer preferences and behaviors
- Use market and consumer knowledge and insights to actively seeking new opportunities
- Lead and manage projects to ensure that they meet customer’s requirements by working
closely with technical, consumer research and marketing teams.
- Monitor account sales performance (monthly / quarterly / annually) and provide strategic project
updates to line management.
- Identify areas for continuous improvements and implement efficient and smart ways of
working
- Coordinate win / loss analysis and share project learning via knowledge management system
with support of line management.
- Experience and contact with local customers and distributors
- Passionate about Fragrances and an ability or interest in learning to recognize ol-factive notes,
taste profiles of fragrances
- Strong desire to learn from key successes and failure to seek continuous improvement
- Very good team player with positive ‘Can Do’ attitude & collaborative mindset
- Should be willing to travel around and if required relocate
- Ability to manage challenging deadlines and heavy workload
- Good communication (written & verbal) skills in English, Hindi and proficiency in the local
language.
- Working knowledge of the fragrance market in different parts of India.
Required Academics And Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree / University Degree / Business / Marketing
- 8-10 years of Fragrance Industry Sales or Marketing relevant experience.
