- Is obsessed with visual storytelling—how colors, typography, and layouts can make someone stop scrolling and start listening.
- Wants to grow a career in the digital-first, content-driven marketing industry.
- Understands the nuances of social media, podcast platforms, and digital design trends.
What You Will Be Doing
Design podcast artwork—cover art, episode thumbnails, banners, and visual assets that grab attention instantly.Create social media creatives (posts, stories, reels covers) to promote episodes and build the podcast brand.Develop brand identity elements for podcasts—logos, typography, style guides, and visual mood boards.Work closely with producers, strategists, and copywriters to translate podcast concepts into compelling visuals.Edit and adapt designs for different platforms—Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.Assist in creating video graphics and motion elements (waveforms, lower thirds, intros / outros) for podcast clips.Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines without losing your cool (or your font choices).Keep designs aligned with the brand's visual guidelines while still bringing fresh ideas to the table.Gather inspiration from pop culture, trends, and audience feedback to level up your work.What Else Will Help
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (bonus if you know After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion work).Good understanding of social media formats and platform-specific requirements.Ability to give and take feedback like a pro.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.A deep love for podcasts, cinema, music, and pop culture.Other Requirements
