What You’ll Do
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, and emails.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right IK programs.
- Explain program features, handle queries, and provide accurate information.
- Manage and update customer data in CRM systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products.
- Upsell / cross-sell programs and achieve sales targets.
