Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Perform configuration and release management of Oracle BSS products such as BRM, ECE, PDC, and OCOMC.
Handle branching, merging releases, version control, and deployment to non-production and production environments.
Use configuration management tools such as GIT, SVN, or CVS to manage code and releases.
Participate in installation, updates, and maintenance of Oracle BRM / ECE / PDC / OCOMC environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to provide solutions and resolve issues.
Conduct workshops and demonstrations for customers using Oracle tools, technologies, and methodologies.
Track and manage defects using tools like Jira or Redmine.
Stay updated on CNE concepts, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm chart updates, and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

3+ years of industry experience working in Telecom domain on Oracle BRM / ECE / PDC.

Good understanding of prepaid and postpaid billing processes for broadband, wireless, voice, SMS, and data services.

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
