Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in software development and system architecture .
• Strong command over CS fundamentals : data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Proficient in at least one OOP language : Java, C++, or C# .
• Experienced in designing and scaling new and existing systems, applying modern design patterns and architectural best practices.
• Solid exposure to AWS or cloud environments (preferred).
• Skilled in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) :
• Coding standards,
• Code reviews,
• Source control (e.g., Git),
• CI / CD build processes,
• Testing & operations.
• Adept at problem-solving, analytical thinking , and handling undefined / ambiguous problems .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical topics.
• Proven track record as a tech lead or mentor , promoting best practices and guiding engineering teams.
• Ability to deliver stretch goals in a high-velocity, innovation-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
