Job Role : Performance CoE Lead

Core Responsibilities :

• Define vision, mission, and goals for the Performance Testing Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Develop a long-term performance testing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Build and lead a high-performing performance testing team.
• Provide training and mentorship to enhance team capabilities.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets.
• Stay informed on industry trends and new technologies.
• Implement initiatives to improve performance testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
• Define and track metrics for CoE success.
• Report performance testing outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
