Thalamus AI is a prompt-based, multi-agent platform built for enterprises to streamline response management for RFPs, bids, questionnaires, and other complex response-driven workflows.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and be responsible for owning the full sales cycle - from outbound prospecting to closing deals with enterprise customers in North America.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and discovery to generate new business opportunities
- Conducting compelling product demonstrations for proposal, sales, and operations leaders
- Driving outbound outreach via email, phone to engage with potential clients
- Collaborating closely with the founding team to refine sales strategy and go-to-market execution
- Maintaining a robust pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly / quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications :
3-6 years of experience in SaaS sales targeting US / Canada-based mid-market or enterprise clientsA proven track record of closing outbound deals and consistently achieving quotaStrong communication and presentation skills to lead demos and handle objectionsFamiliarity with proposal software, RFP automation tools, AI platforms, or sales enablement solutions preferredAbility to work independently during US business hoursBenefits :
