Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting-Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including networking, email campaigns, cold calling, through events and social media.
  • Research and identify potential clients. Consisting of Market Research and Competitors analysis.
  • Building and maintaining strong pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales activity.
  • Sales presentation and demos to potential clients showcasing companies’ development offerings.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to recommend their tailored needs that align with business goals.
  • Regular touch-base with client and address concerns throughout sales process.
  • Sales negotiation and closing – Negotiate price, terms and contracts to close deals and convert prospects into long-term client.

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is :

  • Graduate / Post Graduate MBA with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Role Proficiencies

    For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following :

  • Lead the team of Executive RM’s.
  • Preferable - knowledge of ETS / Spot rentals / Ad hoc / Disposal

  • Sales Reporting and documentation- Maintain teams progress sheet and take daily hurdles.
  • Communicate market insights to the team to assist in development of sales strategy.
  • Prepare and submit Weekly / Monthly report towards targets and forecast to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors’ offerings and emerging technologies to identify new sales strategies.
  • Maintain CRM system to track leads, prospect and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations.
  • Ensure smooth transition in the team and work cohesive to ensure proposed solution and align with client expectation.
