Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tech Lead - Node JS, located in Hyderabad. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and building scalable applications using Node JS, ensuring the performance and reliability of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. The role involves conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and providing technical guidance to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Node JS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Express
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and API design
• Knowledge of database solutions like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL
• Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience in cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Previous experience in leading a technical team is a plus
