Job Title : HR Executive ( Immediate Joiners & manufacturing background candidates are preferred)

Location : Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Experience - 2 years or above

Industry - Branding and Packaging business

Salary - Rs 35000 per month (slightly flexible as per candidate profile and skills)

Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced HR Executive for our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• HR Systems and Processes
• Statutory Compliances
• Payroll & Audit
• Recruitment of employees at all levels
• HR Policies & Systems
• Employee Engagement activities
• Performance Management System
• HR Operations, Disciplinary Actions, etc.
• Strategic planning and implementation,
• Human Resource Budget and planning,
• Employee insurances claim settlement. etc.
• Familiar Labour Laws
• Industry related licenses, procedures, etc.
• Talent to handle labor union, politicians etc.
• Liaison with Govt / Semi Govt / Local Authorities for various licenses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, is essential for effective communication at all organizational levels.
• Qualification : Preferably MBA in HR / IR;

Diploma in HR / IR with good experience will also be considered.
