Investment Compliance & Onboarding Analyst

This role focuses on

investment guideline monitoring, trade review, and client onboarding , and involves working closely with portfolio managers and global compliance teams.

Key responsibilities include :

Reviewing client investment guidelines and onboarding new accounts

Monitoring daily trades to ensure regulatory and internal compliance

Coding and reconciling compliance rules within an Order Management System

Collaborating with investment and technology teams on compliance processes

Ideal profile : 4-8

years of experience in investment / trade compliance or middle-office operations

Strong knowledge of securities and derivatives

Familiarity with OMS platforms (e.g., Allvue, Murex), Bloomberg, and Excel

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills

Should be willing to work on-site from Hyderabad location

Total years should not be more than 9 years
