Configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platformWriting clean, efficient and maintainable code in ServiceNowCode Reviews and quality control checksDebugging and fixing technical issuesServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery / CMP / Service Mapping), GRC, IRMDeveloping ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM / ITAM / Discovery / IRM solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principleProven experience of delivering solution using ServiceNow development best practicesAdvanced analytical and problem solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage prioritiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locationsExpected development experience in ServiceNow is minimum of 6 yearsContributing unit tests using team's automated testing framework, participating in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolutionShould be able to guide and mentor other resourcesYour skills and experience
The person required for the above position should have the following profile :
5-8 years of ServiceNow Implementation ExperienceServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery / CMP / Service Mapping), GRC, IRMProficiency with ServiceNow Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrationsExperience working in Agile methodology such as Scrum and KanbanExcellent communication and collaboration skillsHow we’ll support you
