Job description

Title

: Content + UX Stress-Tester (3-month contract → potential FT)

Location

: Remote (Mumbai preferred)

Duration

: 3 months (with view to extend)

About Us

In the EverMe platform we craft journeys : podcasts, long-form reads, LLM-driven flows, UI / UX prompts. But shipping is only part of the work — we need someone to consume like a user and spot where the experience breaks, where content stumbles, where tone / flow / UX rifts appear.

Role Overview

You’ll act as the

first user, reviewer and critic

  • . You’ll listen to podcasts, read topics end-to-end, use flows in the product, and log detailed user-experience problems — not just “bug” but “this feels off”, “this transition is confusing”, “this phrase undermines trust”. Your granular feedback will feed content refinements,UX fixes and product iterations.

What You’ll Do

Review designated content pieces (podcast episodes, long-form topics, flows) in full, log time-stamped issues (with severity, fix suggestion, owner).

Use product flows in staging (LLM / API integration scenarios) and identify friction : missing context, broken loop, tone mismatch, unclear CTA, data / permission failures.

Partner with integration flow architect + content editor to ensure all user paths are smooth and consistent.

Produce a

UX-content friction report

weekly : top 5 recurring issues + systemic causes.

Track metrics : number of issues per asset, time to fix, recurrence.

Provide input into the dropdown action catalogue (from the flow architect) about real-world friction patterns you observe.

What We’re Looking For

Detailed-oriented, excellent written reporting.

Deep understanding of longevity science

Strong empathy for product users; ability to think “What would confuse me if I were new?”

Some experience with product usage, UX testing, content review (doesn’t need to be senior).

Ability to work fast, hit deadlines, document clearly.

Bonus : experience with behavioural apps or digital health is a plus.

Why This Role?

Your feedback will directly shape user experience and brand quality.

Early-stage role where you can influence content, UX and product design.

Conversion potential to a permanent QA / UX-Content role as we scale.
