Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategy development.
Manage national sales team to achieve revenue targets through effective distribution management, market intelligence gathering, and competitor analysis.
Develop and execute strategic plans for zonal sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and negotiating contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products in the generics segment of pharmaceutical industry.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout all aspects of sales operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
15-24 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field (preferably from generics background).
Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective channel management and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, distribution networks, and market dynamics within India's complex healthcare landscape
