We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Majesco Solutions and Insurance Claims to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying insurance solutions using Majesco Claims Vantage and related systems. Responsibilities

  • Participate in requirements grooming sessions and lead the design of functional modules for insurance solutions
  • Analyze, understand, and deploy insurance solutions using Majesco Claims Vantage and related systems
  • Configure and customize various modules, including party module, task creation, and automated reserves
  • Address stories, defects, and change requests, collaborating closely with stakeholders and the testing team
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of functionality until production release, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes
  • Review unit and integration testing scope for business requirements and provide work estimates for proposed changes
  • Guide and lead development team members, grooming and mentoring as necessary

    • Requirements

  • 8-12 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong work experience on Claim Vantage (Claims for L&AH, IDAM (Integrated Disability and Absence Management)
  • Strong experience on Majesco Dev Studio Tool : Screen Configuration, Rules / Validation configuration, IEL Table, Ratings, Tax surcharge, Premium Summary , Forms / Documents (DocGen), CP & TL expression
  • Hands-on experience in Claims-Configuration and Console modules
  • Configuring Customizing Party Module, Task Creation, Configuring Customizing, Extension and Advanced Extension points, customizing Automated Reserves, etc
  • Proficiency with Party and Claims Configuration
  • Experience in Third Party Integrations
  • Knowledge of Integrations with Claims and Portals
  • Experience in Legacy migration of Claims Data
  • Ability to debug the application using debug panel or other debugger techniques in Majesco products
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile delivery model
  • Experience in guiding and leading development team
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound recommendations
  • B2+ English level proficiency
