Overview :

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Consultant / Principal Consultant with a strong integration background, proven leadership ability, and deep hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should be able to lead teams while contributing as an Individual Contributor (IC) on complex integration projects, ensuring the highest delivery standards.

Mandatory Skills :

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development and strong expertise in system integration and API-led connectivity.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams; ability to drive outcomes and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end application and integration architecture, with the ability to design, review, and optimize API and data flow.
• Proficient in building Mule 4 applications using Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.
• Expertise in DataWeave, RAML / OAS specifications, and API lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with CloudHub and Runtime Fabric deployments.
• Solid understanding of CI / CD pipelines (preferably Azure DevOps), Git-based version control, and integration best practices.
• Strong communication skillsable to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases; strong understanding of database concepts and stored procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, plan, and execute end-to-end delivery for self and team members.
• Skilled in problem-solving, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely, highquality deliverables.
