Job Summary
Strategy
Review & approve cases on PLUTO system & track periodic / trigger review cases for timely completion.
Timely & accurate execution of CDD process related activities.
Identifies and shares best practices with Head, CDD with a view to implementing standardized, simplified
and automated processes and providing a competitive service.
Ensure that there are no adverse audit observations in CDD or any other Business / Function area within SC Capital from a CDD function perspective.
Deliver Operations business efficiency targets.
Drive adoption of digital banking initiatives of SC Capital.
Seamless execution and implementation of new Projects / Systems in SC Capital.
Leadership Capability, People and Talent
To be the source of reference within the business in facilitating / promoting the understanding of CDD processes.
Identify knowledge gaps, facilitate development of training material, and arrange relevant business training on key CDD Policies & Processes.
Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.
Set appropriate tone and work in collaboration with External Partners and Internal stakeholders.
Processes
Participate in CDD related - functional / technical discussions and contribute to digital process design and implementation
Ensure facilitation and smooth rollout of CDD related system integration related initiatives
Support business in minimizing operational risks and losses, and proactive identification of risks and concerns, including escalation to all relevant stakeholders
Timely mitigation of risks and resolution of issues including collaboration with all relevant stakeholder functions, and establishment of effective controls
Effective stakeholder engagement to understand and fulfil the needs of internal and external clients
