Senior Solar and Electrical Technical Content Developer

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to create high-quality instructional content for a Solar and Electrical Fundamentals course. This role involves collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop accurate, standards-aligned interactive media and learning materials.

Course Overview

• The course will cover PV and Electrical Fundamentals, including PV systems, electricity fundamentals, basic circuit concepts, circuit design, system protection, and environmental / design considerations.
• Energy storage and power topics will include battery systems, energy storage, generators, and backup power.
• Workplace safety aspects will focus on OSHA alignment, PPE, hazard communication, and safety protocols for walking / working surfaces, ladders / scaffolding, electrical, battery, fire, construction, materials handling, machines, and bloodborne pathogens.
