Roles Responsibilities :
Lead the development and implementation of PMO processes and methodologies.
Ensure alignment of project initiatives with organizational goals.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of GCSS processes and implement necessary changes.
Maintain and refine PMO documentation, including process guides and templates.
Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PMO operations.
Skills Required :
Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP, CAPM or other relevant project management certification preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or PMO operations.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in advanced project management software and tools.
Digital Adoption Specialist certification.
