If you're passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and building bespoke Word Press solutions without relying on templates, we want to hear from you.Position DetailsEmployment Type : Contract-basedLocation : Remote (work from anywhere)Commitment : Full-time / Part-time (specify as needed)Note : We're looking to work directly with individual developers only—no agencies, pleaseWhat You'll DoDesign and develop custom Word Press websites with a strong focus on UI / UX principlesBuild high-performance e Commerce sites using Woo Commerce or similar platformsCreate pixel-perfect, responsive designs that work seamlessly across all devicesDevelop custom themes and plugins tailored to specific project requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutionsOptimize websites for speed, performance, and SEOMaintain and enhance existing Word Press sites with custom functionalityEnsure websites are secure, scalable, and maintainableRequired QualificationsMinimum 10+ Word Press websites built from scratch (custom development, no templates)Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and My SQLDeep understanding of UI / UX principles and user-centered designExperience building and customizing e Commerce solutions (Woo Commerce preferred)Solid knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first developmentUnderstanding of Word Press best practices, coding standards, and securityExperience with custom theme and plugin developmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPortfolio demonstrating custom Word Press projectsExcellent communication skills for remote collaborationSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Figma for design and prototypingExperience with modern front-end frameworks and build toolsKnowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrationsFamiliarity with version control systems (Git)Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)Experience with performance optimization and caching strategiesPrevious remote work experienceWhat We're Looking ForWe need someone who's truly skilled and passionate about the craft—not just another template user.
