Job description
- Working closely with a team of developers, UI / UX designers, business partners and other digital product owners to deliver value to our customers
- Utilizes knowledge of best practices to define strategic direction, determine business needs and design & deliver Incident Management, doing so in partnership with Application and Infrastructure
- Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements as described in User Stories
- Prioritize features, slice increments and create acceptance criteria
- Set and manage expectations across a large group of internal stakeholders
- Identify gaps and opportunities to improve processes, build new features or deliver incremental value
- Experience in SAP is an highly added advantage
- Preferably SD module

5 plus years of related work experienceBachelor's degree Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent experience.Preferred but not required : Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Understanding and knowledge of Agile methodology with Scrum FrameworkDeep expertise, system functionality and technical understanding of Incident ManagementMust be up to date on latest ERP release.Effective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a virtual environment in a global organization and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced & complex environment with a self-motivated work ethic; utilize sound judgment with an ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.Proficient English language skillsAble to comply with the company's safety and quality policy at all timesSkills Required
