Job description
  • Developing, ideating, and executing content calendars
  • Creating and nurturing social media communities through all social media platforms (Instagram, Threads, Facebook, WhatsApp, X, LinkedIn, and Pinterest).
  • Staying updated about the latest social media trends
  • Tracking useful social media metrics
  • Creating effective social media marketing campaigns
  • Strategically translating business goals into actionable social media plans that drive results.
  • Researching around a niche specific to the client.
  • Cultivating a strong, trusting relationship with the client by being the main point of contact. This involves understanding their business, goals, and brand voice.
  • Delivering campaign proposals, performance reviews, and other key updates to the client professionally and compellingly.
  • Managing the client's content approval process, ensuring all content aligns with their brand guidelines and is approved before publishing.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for any potential online reputation issues, managing the client's public response, and providing strategic guidance.
